Drying Rate of Fabrics
This test method measures the drying rate of a fabric by exposing it to a set volume of water while in contact with a heated plate at 37°C, the temperature at which the human body begins to perspire. It applies to all fabric types, including knits, wovens, non-wovens, and fabrics from finished products.
